Excellent, very straightforward, buses were frequent both to and from the airport, hassle-free experience will use Jetparks again.

My experience got off to a bad start when we drove up to the barriers and our reg number was not recognised automatically, thus providing an exit ticket. We became more anxious when we picked up the telephone and our booking ref. was also not recognised. However, the operative raised the barrier and let us in, advising us that we would have to do the same on our return. We double checked that we were in the correct car park, and yes, we were. We then found a spot to park and proceeded to the nearest bus stop and were picked up 2 minutes later. On our return, we did not have to wait at all for the transfer bus and were very satisfied with this. However, on our attempt to exit the car park, we encountered the same problem i.e. our booking ref. and vehicle reg. were not recognised. The operative asked our name and then raised the barrier. We were definitely at the correct place and had all the paperwork as proof. Apart from this minor anxiety, we were very happy with Jetparks 3 and would recommend anyone to use their facilities.

Disappointed that number recognition system didn't work so had to call for help and quote booking ref to get in and out. Massive park took 10 mins to find a space. So not the best experience, even if it was the cheapest.

All our car park arrangements were satisfactory and only had to wait a few minutes for bus transfers. Very good.

Third time I have used Jetparks3 in 12mths. Easy to find with no waiting. I do not look at other carparks anymore.

We arrived at 3am and a bus came in no time at all we had plenty of time to check in before our flight. We arrived back got to the bus stop, a bus was waiting we were dropped off right by our car, but the car would not start. I stopped the next bus and the driver spoke to base and the AA came as soon as they could, started the car and off we went back home. Thank you! V Smitherman

Not great this time, used before, got off bus at v12, but car was at the other end so this needs sorting, also struggled to get out with others at 3 in the morning; confusion when people were trying to pay; only one barrier working. Don't know if we will use again.

The only good thing is the car is safe, when eventually you find a space, you have to park on unsurfaced rough ground, which is a nightmare when you have to drag your luggage, transfer bus is regular and can get busy and crowded. Even though we had booked we had trouble entering the park, but eventually we were allowed through. Exit was fine with an orange token we were given. overall we were left the car knowing it would be safe on our return its a pity the lack of spaces and the rough surface let the experience down, i think that better signs should be available for empty spaces to save the drive around the park.or an attendant to show you empty spaces.

We have used Jetparks3 through park & go previously. Easy to find, very secure, plenty of room. Shuttle buses seem to come very quickly. You keep your keys with you so you choose where the car is parked. In my case its the furthest corner with not another car in sight. Will use again.

Great webside - easy to use - parking facilties almost on airport, easy to find and well lit, etc. Airport transfers very regular quick and efficient. All that at good price. RECOMMENDED.
