Disappointing compared to previous trips. Had to wait 20 mins on arrival at airport. On landing had to wait 30 mins. Busiest weekend of the year. Only 3 drivers on. Not very good business practice. used the service vip meet/greet for past 4 years. This was not the best experience.

This is the fourth time I have used the service and each time your excellent standards have been met. I have never had to wait more than a couple of mins for drop off or pick up and each time your representative has been polite and professional. I will continue to use the service and have recommended it many times to friends and family.
