As usual, a great service. Park & Go manage the changes at Manchester very well. Prompt service, friendly staff and efficient. I always recommend P & G to friends for the above reasons.

Very efficient meeting at Manchester Airport both early in the morning and late at night. Only a 4 given because in spite of not noticing anything after a quick superficial inspection of the car on delivery in the dark and rain, on closer examination the next morning I noticed a significant scrape on the front bumper (due to bad parking e.g. hitting a curb??)

Having never done meet and greet before I thought I would give it ago, and it safe to say never again. It’s more hassle than that it’s worth, the staff don’t explain the meeting points and destinations very well. Also tell you there going to be there and still don’t turn up 15 minutes later, having told you on then phone that If your in the drop off point over 10 minuets it costs you £25 to get out! then when you ask them about it and why wasn’t they there they get really nasty and defensive. Then when I asked if I could receive a text to say my car was back okay for piece or mind he told me they didn’t do this, i had to ask again and explain that it was just for piece of mind, then he said okay. Not a good first impression on the company! Would never use again! It’s a shame though because all the people I spoke to on the phone was really nice!

Rang the number as directed, met at terminal by Ringway staff as we arrived. On return rang once we had collected baggage, met car at designated point. 5 minutes waiting... absolutely perfect. Polite caring staff. Would highly recommend. Book through Park & Go, I have for last 5 /6 years never an issue..
