Transfer Information

Transfers are not required for this service you are met outside the terminals.

Arrival Procedure

On your way to the airport you are required to call Runway Park and Fly approximately 20 minutes prior to arrival to confirm your time of arrival.

A uniformed chauffeur will be there to meet you. You then make your way to the departure area of the terminal you are flying from within minutes. Your car is taken off-site to a secure compound until your return.

Any extra costs incurred by the customers arriving early will be met by the customer.

Return Procedure

Upon your return, once you have collected your luggage and have cleared customs, please call the chauffeur's telephone number. You will be met by the chauffeur, taken to your vehicle and given the required exit token which you will have to pay at the pay station prior to exit.

Additional Information

You are required to pay the £4.50 entry and exit fee to access the terminal. Vans/commercial vehicles are NOT accepted at this car park.

Driving Directions

On Arrival:

Please call a member of the Runway team when you are twenty minutes away from your allocated time and a uniformed chauffeur will be there to meet you. You then make your way to the departure area of the terminal you are flying from within minutes. Your car is taken off-site to a secure compound until your return.

Customers departing from T1 will be told to follow signs for Departures B, keep to the left lane to enter the multi-storey car park Go to Level 3 and wait near the lift

Customers departing from T2 will be told to follow signs for T2 multi-storey west car park (pickup) and then goes to Level 0 Zone B,C,D

Customers departing from T3 will be told to follow signs for T3 multi-storey car park and Go to Level 3

At no point should customers go to any on site airport meet and greet car parks.

On Return:

Terminal 1: Meeting point is at the multi-storey car park and Go to Level 3 and wait near the lift doors for your car.

Terminal 2: Meeting point is at the multi-storey west car park (pickup) and then goes to Level 0 Zone B,C,D

Terminal 3: Meeting point is at the multi-storey car park and Go to Level 3 and wait near the lift doors for your car.
