Wonderful service. Even when I dialled the wrong number and to add insult to injury the flight departure had transferred to a newly opened terminal! The team kept on touch by phone and we’re so cheerful and polite. I always use this provider and wouldn’t change.

Fantastic service by professional company. The car was picked up promptly on arrival and back within 5 minutes of calling after baggage reclaim.

We use VIP Meet and Greet whenever flying from Manchester and find their service reliable, accommodating and helpful. We are aware it’s not under the control of VIP Meet and Greet but all car parking utilising drop off and collect is subject to arrival and departure charge over and above whatever the parking services charge. £5.00 to drop off and £6.00 for collection, yes £11 over whatever it cost for parking. On 01/07/21 our car was delivered and we left within four minutes at a cost of £6.00, which equates to £90 per hour. Come on Manchester airport, are you trying to price yourself out of the game?
