Website extremely easy to navigate and booking process easy.The actual arrangements were spot on and the representative was waiting after the initial phone call and was very efficient and polite. The return process was equally as good but the queues waiting to get to level 3 lifts were horrendous ( not your fault but needed mentioning ).Again your rep was polite and very efficient. Would certainly use your company again and would recommend to anyone. 5 * rating.

Have used VIP Meet & Greet a number of times. This time was the best service ever! Prompt car collection and drop off by a pleasant and courteous driver. Excellent value for money. It's great not having to park up or park and ride. It really was a VIP service. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Both pick up and return was faultless and quick. It was only let down as there was some mud outside and quite a bit of inside, more care would be appreciated in future.
