Great customer service with this company., even when we had to change our return flight. Highly recommended.

Very efficient service. Rang up 15 minutes before arrival. Agent on scene to collect car. Friendly greeting, explained process and same on arrival back. Ring up on collection of baggage and 10 minutes later met them with our vehicle in car Park as stated. £4.00 to pay each end but not their fault. Only concern which is minor is that wherever they take your vehicle is 3.5 miles away from airport.. but to be fair...use them 3 times a year and never had any damage to car.

We always use VIP Parking - Meet and Greet with Park and Go whenever we fly from Manchester. They are always reliable and courteous and we often meet the same drivers, which is nice.
