we were standing waiting on a bus early morning had a bit of a wait felt buses werent big enough as quite a few people and only could take 8 or less so had to wait on buses going and returning same on way home from airport

I parked in the wrong place (old & confused!) On my return (11pm. 12/10) your man in the office was extremely helpful and drove us to our car. Top marks to him.(+bonus/+OBE)

The service I received was exemplary, the only problem was that my booking could not be found on the computer and I had to be rebooked!! I was upgraded to short stay, I would advise any one to use park and fly.
