Security Measures

All APC drivers are fully insured to drive your vehicle. When your car is collected a driver will take it to a fully secure compound.

Transfer Information

Transfers do not apply for this service. A driver will meet you at the Terminal.

Arrival Procedure

You MUST call us on the Airport Operation's number below when you are approximately 25 - 30 MINUTES from the airport. Our representative will guide you to the drop off point.

Our operating hours are from 04.00 - 23.55. The Airport Operation's number is available between 03.45 - 00.45. If you call outside of these times your call may not be answered.

If you are early we will endeavour to accommodate your new arrival time*. A minimum of 30 minute's notice is required. If you do not call us and arrive before your booked arrival time we cannot guarantee that a driver will be there to meet you. If you arrive before your agreed arrival time you will be subject to Express Set Down / Short Stay Car Park charges**.

If you are running late you must call us at least 30 minutes prior to your booked arrival time. We will then endeavour to rebook a new arrival time*. If you do not call us and arrive after your booked arrival time we cannot guarantee a driver will be available to meet you.

If we do not receive notice of your arrival we cannot guarantee a driver will be available and your booking may be forfeit.

*An administration fee of £20 may apply

** The exit fees are £5 CASH ONLY. We CANNOT take vehicle unless correct money is given. They are set by Stansted Airport and may be subject to change without notice.

Return Procedure

After COLLECTING your luggage you must call us on the Airport Operation's number below. If you only have hand luggage please call after clearing passport control. Our representative will guide you to the pick up point.

Your vehicle will be ready for collection approximately 30 minutes after your flight has landed. If for any reason you experience a delay after landing you must contact us. You are required, once all luggage has been collected to contact us.

As per the restrictions on this booking you are required to pay the Express Set Down / Short Stay Car Park charge on drop off and pick up.**

Additional Information

It is not possible to cancel or amend bookings for this car park. A £5.00 car park exit fee is payable on both arrival and return.

Driving Directions

From all directions follow signs to Stansted Airport.

On arrival at Stansted you must enter the RED SHORT STAY CAR PARK, which is situated to the front of the main terminal, here a representative will meet you at the canopied walkway entrance to the terminal. They will inspect your vehicle for any damage and issue a numbered "return vehicle document" PLEASE KEEP THIS DOCUMENT SAFE UNTIL YOUR RETURN.

On your return, once you have collected your baggage you must call APC on the number given at the top of the "return vehicle document". A representative will then be waiting for you with your vehicle in the same RED SHORT STAY CAR PARK by the canopied walkway.
