The booking was not found by CSL and it took a bit of time for them to locate my reservation, I had to wait aboout 15 mins for the driver to get ready and to take me to the airport. On the return everything was perfect. No waiting and car was ready parked for us to drive away.

Your service was excellent and the men I dealt with, both before and after my trip couldnt have been more helpful. I will definitely recommend CSL to anyone using Stansted without hesitation. The only suggestion I would make is please make your sign bigger if possible? I missed it the first time as its quite small and on a bend on the road!
