Transfer Information

Transfers do not apply to this service, as you will be met at Terminal itself.

Arrival Procedure

Please call MyCSL Meet and Greet on the number provided 20 minutes before you arrive at Stansted Airport and a CSL Member of Staff will arrange a meeting point with you.

If you are travelling North on the M11 please call when you are at Harlow Junction 7. If you are travelling South on the M11 please call when you are at Saffron Walden Junction 10. Upon arrival at the arranged meeting point there will be a CSL Member of Staff ready to greet you.

If you are running more than 30 minutes early or more than 30 minutes late for your designated drop off time, please call CSL Meet and Greet to arrange another time slot.

Return Procedure

1. Collect your luggage.
2. After you have collected your luggage please call on the number provided.
3. A MyCSL Member of Staff will then arrange a meeting point with you.

PLEASE NOTE: Please do not call MyCSL before you have collected your luggage and are ready to make your way to the meeting point. There is a Stansted Airport penalty charge for any vehicles at the collection point for longer than 10 minutes. Therefore, you will be liable for any additional charges.

Customers are responsible for paying the car park exit fee upon their return. Fees should not exceed £10.00 providing you return within the specified return time of your call to us, as there are time limits in operation.

Additional Information

Please note you will need to pay Express Set Down £10.00 Exit fee. This car park is closed between midnight and 04:00. They will not accept customers due to drop off vehicles with them during this time. If your return flight is delayed and you land between these times and you are unable to notify them in advance they will send you a text message with instructions on how to retrieve your vehicle your self.
Please note: Up to £10.00 to be paid for car park exit on your return.
