Security Measures

All drivers are fully insured to drive your vehicle, when your car is collected a driver will take it to a fully secure compound, where your car will remain until your return.

Transfer Information

Transfers do not apply for this service, as you will be met at the Terminal itself.

Arrival Procedure

Please phone the number on your booking confirmation twenty minutes before your arrival at Stansted Airport to confirm your drop off time, and to make sure our driver is there to meet you on time. If you do not give us a twenty minute call you may be delayed AND COULD COST YOU EXTRA MONEY. Also if you are running early or late please keep us informed so we can help you depart smoothly.

From all major roads: please follow the signs to Stansted Airport then follow directions to the front of the terminal called the EXPRESS SET DOWN. We will give you the meeting point when you make your twenty minute call to us.

If you have problems walking please let us know when you make your call we are here to help.

We only require the ignition key and relevant security fobs no other keys please.

Please pay entry fee of £5.00 in cash to the driver so we can exit the terminal.

Return Procedure

After you have collected ALL your luggage and you are through Customs only then, call the number provided on your voucher. You will then be given directions either to the front of the terminal building known as the express set down zone C by the two flag poles or the short stay.

YOU HAVE TEN MINUTES FROM THE TIME OF THE PHONE CALL TO EXIT OTHERWISE THE AIRPORT WILL CHARGE YOU A £50 LEVEE. If asked to make your way down to the ORANGE short stay car park go to row A&B unless otherwise advised. You are responsible for all exit fees.

At the time of vehicle collection on your departure day you would have been issued a receipt for your vehicle, please have it ready to hand over to the driver, if lost please have your passport as identification.

Additional Information

This service operates between 04:00 to 23:45. Only make a booking if your meeting times arrival and departure are within this period any delays will be dealt with by the Stansted Easy Parking team so do not worry! If a booking is made knowingly out of these specified times an additional £100 fee will be charged on return.
Entry fee of £5.00 in cash on arrival paid to the driver, you will also be required to pay the £5.00 on exit yourself. Please note that commercial and large vehicles are not accepted by this parking service. If you arrive with an unsuitable vehicle you will be charged for another space, i.e. the same amount already paid will be incurred and charged again when checking in.
