Security Measures

All drivers are fully insured to drive your vehicle, when your car is collected a driver will take it to a fully secure compound, where your car will remain until your return.

Transfer Information

Transfers do not apply for this service, as you will be met at the Terminal itself.

Arrival Procedure

Please phone the number on your confirmation email 20 minutes before your arrival at Stansted airport to confirm your drop off time, and to make sure our driver is there to meet you on time. If you do not give us a twenty minute call you may be delayed AND COULD COST YOU EXTRA MONEY. Also if you are running early or late please keep us so we can help you depart smoothly.

From all major roads: please follow the signs to short term car parks. Enter the short term road and stay in the right hand lane, go past the bus station on your left and the next car park will be ORANGE, enter this car park collect a ticket and follow the outer perimeter this will bring you to the pay machines and orange bollards, drive past and pull up next to the orange posts on your left at the bottom of lane (B-C-D) this is where you will be booked in here, please have your exit ticket to hand as we need this to exit. This car park is a short walk and directly underneath the terminal itself with escalators and lifts to the first floor.

Stansted Easy Parking only require the ignition key and relevant security fobs, no other keys please as we can not be responsible for them.

Return Procedure

After you have collected your entire luggage and you are through Customs only then, call the number provided on your confirmation email. You will then be given directions either to the front of the terminal building known as the express set down zone C by the two flag poles or the short stay!

YOU HAVE TEN MINUTES FROM THE TIME OF THE PHONE CALL TO EXIT OTHERWISE THE AIRPORT WILL CHARGE YOU A £25 LEVY!

If asked to make your way down to the ORANGE short stay car park go to row (A-B-C) unless otherwise advised. You are responsible for all exit fees!
At the time of vehicle collection on your departure day you would have been issued a receipt for your vehicle, please have it ready to hand over to the driver, if lost please have your passport as proof of ownership!

A family owned business who've been operating from Stansted Airport since April 2003 after identifying the need for a more personal, efficient and effective way of parking at London Stansted Airport. Easy Parking's main aim is the safety and security of your vehicle and we work within fully secure facilities. Entry and Exit Fees of up to £10.00 to be paid for locally each way. • We confirm all details are correct with you on arrival including return flight number. (please have all this information at hand). • We take the mileage of your vehicle. • We photograph every panel of your vehicle before we move it to our facility. • You confirm that your vehicle is roadworthy and meets all legal requirements to be driven on the highway on the signing of the booking in-form. • On return it is your responsibility to check the vehicle before you leave the airport. Please print and take the confirmation email with you. If you are running late or early just phone us and we will reschedule your meeting time to suit your requirements. We have very strict operating hours due to our health & safety legal requirements 04:00 to 22:00 ONLY. When making a booking it is very important to put the correct meeting time and scheduled return time within this period otherwise we will be forced to cancel your booking, It is very important we get the correct scheduled return time and it must be no later than 22:00. In case of a delayed flight the car park staff will ONLY wait until 23:00 otherwise you will be required to wait until 04:00 AM the following day when we open or we can put your key in a lockbox, you will be required to make your way to our facility which is 5 minutes away by taxi, we will inform you of the address and code to the lockbox to retrieve your key by text (once you have received the text you will be required to confirm and acknowledge receipt by text too ourselves). Entry fee is included but exit fee of £10 is to be paid by customers on their exit.

If you do arrive with an unsuitable vehicle you will be asked to pay for an additional space at the full local cost. Late Returns: If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have booked, extra days parking will be charged at £10 per day or part day after your booked return date.
