Really impressed with the efficiency of this service. Arranging to meet at both drop off and pick up was easy and quick. My car was fully charged upon collection and there waiting for us when we came out the airport. Would recommend and will definitely be using again!

Great service. The phone was answered promptly. The instructions were clear and the car came back fully charged. We were delayed a few hours coming back but it caused no issues. I would recommend STN Direct EV Charging for EV drivers using Stansted Airport.

Excellent service for collection and delivery of car. Slightly dissapointing that the vehicle wasnt fully charged when collected and had only been charged to 80%.

Excellent service. A smooth collection of the car. After our holiday the collection was a problem because our flight was so delayed we had to stay at an airport hotel. STN Direct EV Charging kept the car overnight and delivered it to our hotel in the morning at the time we requested with no extra charge. And they had fully charged our EV as requested. All done with consideration and courtesy. Thank you.
