Pick up was excellent. The return of car was less so. We had to wait 20 minutes because they had 2 cars to return at the same time. We were there before the other people but their car was returned before us. Disappointing.

Very friendly and polite service and EV car fully charged for me whilst parked also. Flight was delayed on return but car still arrived within 7 minutes of calling and such an easy drop off and collection location. We have used Park and Go for years now but first time at Stansted but will use these guys everytime we fly from here from now on

Have used the service on 2 occasions and found it to be an excellent service that I have recommended to others. On both occasions I’ve had very limited waiting time and it’s extremely convenient especially if you’ve got a long drive to and from the airport.

Superb experience, great management and service. Also brilliant for EVs as they kindly charge your car for your return if you leave them a cable. Class service, will be using again.
